GENERAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS are made exclusively through our representatives.
Maximum details are required in order to fulfill the reservations efficiently: arrival and departure dates, flight details, number of person in the party, and preferences of hotels, if any.

CONFIRMATIONS of services to be provided will be made by fax or email.

CANCELLATION charges are not levied by Nagasari Tours. However, hotels carries, contractors, etc, do charge cancellation fees under certain circumstances. If charged, these fees will be debited to the agent.

QUOTATIONS in the tariff brochure are NET and in US Dollars.

VALIDITY ot the rates is applicable for the current calendar year, and their calculations are based on existing labor and fuel cost. Should these costs vary during the year for any unforeseen reasons, and in such a magnitude than they cannot reasonably be absorbed by the company, Nagasari Tours reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter these or any quotation, at any time, without prior notice.

PAYMENTS should be received at our main office at least one month in advance, and made exclusively by bank transfers to our bank in Denpasar, unless prior arrangements have been made with our main office or with our representatives.

SERVICE CHARGES & TAXES are included in the tariff brochure include service charges and government taxes. Not included is a 1.25 % Value Added Tax (VAT) and the domestic and international airport taxes.

VOUCHERS are issued for each service required, clearly explaining the service to be rendered. They will be given to the clients when they are met upon their arrival in Indonesia.

TRANSPORTATION is provided in air-conditioned cars or coaches, unless travel is made in some remote parts of the country, where they are not available.

LIABILITY. Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested services, Nagasari Tours acts only as an agent for the transportation companies, hotels, carries, operators and all other contractors, and will therefore have to disclaim any responsibilities for any loss, damage, accident, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Nagasari Tours reserves the right to change an itinerary, with or without prior notice, if it is found to be in the best interest of all concerned.
